Shipping policy

Shipping and Local Pickup 

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Please understand potential delays due to COVID-19. USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. While we are shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit. Almost all orders are delivering, we are just seeing USPS taking longer than normal and some packages are not scanning until the day they deliver. 


If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!


PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.


Please note that orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.


Domestic Shipping

We offer $5 flat rate standard USPS shipping to United States residents. Free ground shipping is offered for orders over $75.00. 


Please allow up to 4-5 days for your order to be processed. You can usually expect to receive your order 3-7 business days after it has been shipped.


We also offer expedited shipping on order 1-5 lbs for $12. This includes same day or next day processing and you should receive your order within 3 business days.


Local Pickup

Free local pick-up is available for customers that live in the area. It is available Monday-Thursday 11am-12pm and 5-8pm. Please email us at info@enthralledco.com to arrange a time for pick-up of your order.


International Shipping

International Shipping is available and the rate will be calculated and added at checkout. You pay what we pay and not a penny more! 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@enthralledco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
